Website Development

Hi everyone. I am just wondering if you have any ideas for the student council website. I have a layout sorted, but I would like to see what other people think would be nice.

Thats a good idea. Ill start to make it. I think we should mention the roles of the person as well.

But with the colour everyone should think about what text to write!

Let's get the design sorted first

No you have got it wrong what I mean is couldnt we have some people working on the design and some people working on what text should be on the website. That way everyone has a job.

I do understand that we should get our design finish but I really do feel that it is only been discuss between two people and not all of the website team! It is just a concern, a team is about everyone sharing the work and not just one person doing all of it.

The problem we have Geena that only a hand ful of members actually go on the forum constitantly so there are no other voice shouting out what they want!!

Yep. I will create a template and at the next meeting we can see what changes we can make.

Going back to calum point I do agree that that people do not come to the meetings, but is that lack of communcation or people are not bother to come. It is vital that we step down and get the website running. Simon could you make sure that everyone knows that there is a student council meeting. Tell the students that are on the student council that tell whoever they know that are also members of the student council. To come, or else nothing will get done. This affects everyone deparments but could the website team use the website as a source of communication like put something about the meeting. I actually think that the website is looking very youth friendly. Well done the website team.

We just need the pictures and we need to sort out some text.

Some people are not being informed about what is happen to the website, Lewis you could possible gather them and hold a meeting or a discussion and ask about the development of the website and then feedback to the rest of the team.
