Nathan is aware of his position as that is what he chose to do in the first meeting.
If he no longer wants to be head of council, he should contact Ibs, Marie or Eleanor.

But I thought that Leighton was going to be Head of Council. What I think should happen is that at the next meeting everyone should be aware of the changing postion, and then it is fair and open to anyone.

Next year should we instigate a rule that is a officer, HOC e.g. dosn't show for a certain amount of meetings (Up to HOC at time) that there post in taken
