| Could Simon also put on the Banda to look on the forum this way two things could happen people would remember the forum and it is there and also that student council members would know about the meeting.
You could write something like-:
The next student council meeting Wednesday 13th May 2009 Period 3, also if you are not on the forum then register.
You should also say that get permission from the teacher that you are missing the lesson of in advance to avoid disappointment. Most teachers are concern that student turn to the meeting and they are not asking the teachers, which means that they miss the important lessons.

| With me in exams Monday to Wednesday and Friday being last day. This leaves Period 5.
I went to June Ward and said no exams are on for GCSE in periods 4 and 5.
I then went to Chris who can only do Period 5 but Ibs and Marie cannot attend.
Because of this, I need to let Chris know that the meeting is cancelled because of this.
That meeting was our last I'm afraid.
For Budget, we have to sort out for next week, so it will be held in the forum.
Doesn't matter how many people contibute. That'll just be it.
Marie has informed me that only 5 members decided on budget last year!! | |
