Students were welcomed; some students from different tutor groups did not turn up for the last meeting. Therefore all tutor groups were informed about the meeting and where it is going to take place. Students had to sort themselves out according to which committee they were in.

2. What are the sources that students knew about the meeting?
Most students were told by their tutors. Also the Communication Officer Simon Throop sent out emails via ‘it’s learning’ to all the student council member telling them when the meeting was going to take place and where. Students discussed that ‘it’s learning is a quicker way of getting any information to the members. Also members mentioned that some found out via the Banda. Some members advised other members that they should check their account at least once a day. A few members expressed that they do not have their username or password. Year 11 Chair advise to check with ICT teachers.

They were then told that the board was outside reprographics. Volunteers were then needed to organise the board. Members suggest that on the board the aims of the student council should go on also pictures from the previous activities that the student council has been part of. It was nessercary that updates should be made on regular bases. There were other suggestions such as on the board for example there should be a group photo so students are aware who is in the student council so if they have any worries then they can talk to one of us. Members also expressed that there should be advertising the student council. Many ideas were discussed such as screens (regular update films), reception and Banda

4. Sport equipment system
Student Council were put forward a proposal, and the proposal was that many students would like to have some sports equipment for lunch-time and possible break-time. Volunteers were needed to talk to Paula Cooper to get all the equipments sorted out.

5. Website
Feedback from Lewis Golightly was given in terms of the development of the website was that not much was done to the website. However, then members were asked to help the website designer out by giving ideas on how to make the website look better.
The suggestions were -: - Colour scheme should be blue (different shades which symbolise Bosworth)
- Animations
-Update images
- Also on the main internat website there should be some kind of advertisement and the people that are responsible are people in the website committee.

6. Trust School
Sue Rothwell disclosure about students should get a say in wanting a trust school. Due to the reason that parents, governors and staff have had a say whether or not that trust school should be carried on. Volunteers were needed to talk to tutor group to whether or not trust school are a good idea or not. Simon agreed to see Sue and send out information to tutor groups.
